* We don't guarantee any delivery time for International orders: Time in chart is estimated. Packages might take up to a month to get to destination depending on custom laws and processing times. Processing Time:

We will try to ship your orders within 4 working days of receipt.
Most customers can expect to receive their orders within 10 days when Shipped UPS Ground and 6 days when shipped expedited. We use UPS, FedEx and USPS. If you have a concern that your shipment is taking longer than expected, feel free to e-mail us at shackservice@thebeautyshack.com and we will see what the hold up is.

Returns:

1. If the customer receives the order, and decides they do not want to keep the products, they may return any "UNOPENED" products at "THEIR" expense within 15 days of the receipt date (except seasonal products, promotional, cutlery, special orders, fashion items, nail products and electrical items) provided the invoice number and date can be furnished and products are in saleable condition, subject up to a 30 percent restocking fee on returned product. **See NOTE**

2. We do not accept returns on electric appliances such as curling irons and hair dryers, as each manufacturer already guarantees it's electric appliance via registered warranty for either repair or replacement. Be sure to fill out your product registration form you will receive from the manufacturer with your electric appliance product.

3. We do not accept returns on any make-up products. Makeup colors are variable from different manufacturers. Please be sure to select your makeup colors carefully before making a purchase.

4. We do not accept returns on any hair color products. Hair colors are variable from different manufacturers. Please be sure to select your hair colors carefully before making a purchase.

5. We do not accept returns on any hair extension products. Hair extension colors are variable from different manufacturers. Please be sure to select your hair extension colors carefully before making a purchase.

6. We do not accept returns on any clearance items. Please be sure to select your clearance items carefully before making a purchase.



***NOTE: First contact shackservice@thebeautyshack.com customer service to inform them of any inaccuracies with your order. The Beauty Shack will then issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Then ship the errant merchandise back to The Beauty Shack. The package must be insured or have a return receipt to show proof of shipping in case the package is lost in transit. When the package is received, and in good conditions you will receive Credit back in your credit card for the original purchase price less shipping charge "WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS IN OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT PURCHASES. This helps keep our prices as low as possible. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of The Beauty Shack.

Back Orders:

Occasionally certain products will be on back order due to unforeseen popularity or glitch in a manufacturer's factory run on a particular product. In these rare incidents, we will e-mail you notifying you of back ordered item. If you qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase and you still want the rest of the order to be shipped to you, you will not be charged shipping. We do not keep back orders. You will need to place a new order for the product when available.

Lost in Transit:

TheBeautyShack.com retains receipts on all orders shipped out to customers. On rare occasions, an order may be "Lost In Transit" due to no fault of TheBeautyShack.com. In such case, we will replace your order as soon as we verify that the package got lost.

Legal:

Customer agrees to bear responsibility for any duties/taxes that may apply to a purchase shipped outside of the U.S. and that TheBeautyShack.com will not be held accountable.

TheBeautyShack.com does not warrant or represent the suitability of any particular products and their potential uses by the customer.

Product prices and shipping charges are subject to change in the normal course of business without notice.

We use the information you provide about yourself to complete your order and to contact you for promotional purposes. The Beauty Shack does not share any personal information with any other 3rd party or company. Credit card information is also not shared with any other party. Customer privacy is of the upmost concern for us, and we keep all information confidential.

To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the correct use of information, we use a secure server, which safeguards the information we collect online. We also verify the billing address in order to protect our customers from fraud.

If you are uncomfortable using our secure shopping cart and would like to fax or phone your order please email shackservice@thebeautyshack.com and you will be promptly taken care of.
